This website is for general information about our services. Content may change without notice. You may not copy, scrape or reuse our materials without written permission.
3. Services
We provide digital services including social media, brand strategy, web design, content creation, Meta Ads and Google Ads. The exact scope, timeline and fees for any project are set out in a proposal, estimate or written agreement. These terms apply unless that agreement says otherwise.
4. Enquiries
Sending a form or email does not create a contract. We will confirm in writing if we accept a project. We usually reply within one business day, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are those stated in the proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable in full before work starts or according to the payment schedule we confirm in writing. Work may pause if payment is late. Media spend (for example Meta Ads or Google Ads) is paid separately to the advertising platforms and is not included in our service fee unless we say so in writing.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information, brand assets, approvals and account permissions needed to deliver the work. Delays in feedback or access may delay delivery. You confirm that materials you provide do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
7. Paid media and platforms
Results from advertising, social media or search campaigns are not guaranteed. Performance depends on budget, market, creative, audience and platform rules. Meta, Google, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms are third-party services. Their terms, policies and account decisions apply and are outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
Until invoices are paid in full, all work we create remains our property. After payment, you receive a licence to use the approved deliverables for your business. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. We retain the right to reuse methods, frameworks and generic know-how.
9. Confidentiality
We will keep confidential information you share with us reasonably secure and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ARESCON LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or campaign underperformance. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
Either party may end a project as stated in the written agreement. If there is no separate agreement, either party may end ongoing work with 14 days’ written notice. Fees for work already delivered or reasonably committed remain payable. Prepaid unused media spend, if any, is handled according to the relevant platform’s rules.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rules of Sharjah Media City.
